How Roots Research Services can help you?

The level of help we can provide will depend on three elements:

1. Accuracy of any given background information
2. Amount of information available
3. How accessible that information is

Our services revolves around transparency and honesty. There are some situations where we cannot help especially if any of the three factors above are poorly met. However, in the majority of cases we endeavour to do the following upon receipt of your project submission:

• Provide an initial report which assesses the three factors above plus an estimated budget, within 7 working days
• If you are happy to proceed we will need to receive written authorisation including budget and number of agreed hours/days/weeks. Furthermore, in light of our initial report you will need to provide your objectives
• We begin the research process and keep you informed on a weekly basis

Fees

Our fees are determined by how much work is involved and how accessible the information is. They include the amount of time doing the research and disbursements including travel and cost of copies. In many cases, we are waiting on the relevant authorities to provide copies of documentation that have been found.
